Myanmar received 112 m euro from EU for nutrition programs

The EU will provide funding of 112 million euro to implement the nutrition programs included in the Agricultural Development Strategy (ADS) and Multi-Sectoral National Action Plan for Nutrition (MS-NPAN) in Myanmar.

 

The national-level discussion on the tasks for Nutrition Sector Reform Contract (NSRC), indexes and plans was held at the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation in the second week of January in Nay Pyi Taw.


The ministry will implement the five-year rural nutritional sector reform from 2020-2021 to 2023-2024 in 10 townships in Ayeyawaddy Region and Shan State.
